An orientation and training program shall be conducted by the Manager or a person responsible for supervising the activities of a volunteer. Such orientation shall include, but not limited to, the following topical areas:

1. (1) Work schedule and job responsibility.
2. (2) Time reporting requirements.
3. (3) Use and care of government property.
4. (4) Use of safety equipment.
5. (5) Reporting injuries and property damage.
6. (6) Volunteer conduct.
7. (7) Applicable laws, rules, policies or operating procedure.
8. (8) Causes for termination of the volunteer contract.
9. (9) Volunteer injuries and payment of medical expenses associated with injuries.
