1. (a) For service performed prior to July 1, 2013, a member employed at least six (6) hours per day (30 hours per week) shall be considered a full-time employee.

   1. (1) A full-time employee may receive one (1) year of creditable service after completing six (6) months or more of employment in a school year.
   2. (2) No member shall receive one (1) year of service credit for less than 720 hours of employment. (This does not mean that a member working 720 hours is automatically entitled to one (1) year of creditable service.)
2. (b) For service performed on or after July 1, 2013, creditable service will be awarded as outlined in 715:10-3-1.
