Appeal from Board of Equalization to district court

Taxpayers may appeal the decision of the county board of equalization in the same manner and subject to the same requirements as provided by law for appeals from the county board of equalization on questions of valuation of property. [See: 68 O.S. §§ 2880.1 & 2895]
