- (a) The Oklahoma Tax Commission utilizes a wide variety of forms in the administration of the tax laws. Oklahoma tax forms may be accessed through the Tax Commission website at www.tax.ok.gov.
- (b) The Tax Commission may require any person filing a report or return required by the provisions of any state tax law to file the report or return by electronic means or may allow, upon a written request, a taxpayer to file a return on paper that is required to be filed electronically.
