Social workers seeking to transfer their licensure supervision will be required to provide documentation of supervision hours from the previous jurisdiction to assure the hours accrued conform to the requirements for social work supervision as outlined in the Oklahoma Social Work Practice Act. Approval of supervision hours from other jurisdictions is on a case by case basis.
