1. (a) Licensed clinical social worker. The minimum 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience must be under the supervision of a social worker holding the LCSW license.
2. (b) Licensed master social worker. No supervision is required for the LMSW.
3. (c) Licensed social worker. The minimum 3,000 hours of supervised experience must be under the supervision of a social worker holding the LCSW, LSW-ADM or LSW license.
4. (d) Licensed social worker with a specialty of administration. The minimum 3,000 hours of supervised experience must be under the supervision of a social worker holding the LSW-ADM license.
5. (e) Licensed social worker associate. No supervision is required for the LSWA.
