Persons who have met all qualifications for licensure under the provisions of this Chapter, except passage of the required examination, shall, upon payment of the necessary fee and submission of documentation as required by the Board, be issued a provisional license as provided in 59 O.S., §1261.5. A provisional license will only be issued once and may not be issued for longer than one year unless extenuating circumstances as determined by the Board exist.
