Upon written request, subject to the provisions of OAC 670:20-11-2, and remittance of the applicable fee, a lienholder may obtain lien information from the Motor Vehicle computer system on any vehicle on which they hold a valid security interest. The fee for obtaining such information from Service Oklahoma or a Licensed Operator is set forth by statute.
