The charge for each boat or outboard motor certificate of title is established by statute. [63 O.S. § 4014]. The applicant may elect to receive a certificate of title and a separate registration either via mail or electronically. For customers who elect to receive the documents via mail, the title will be generated and mailed from a central location established by Service Oklahoma.
