Those applicants for instructor permits who are denied a permit by Service Oklahoma will receive written notice of reason for denial or suspension and be given an opportunity for hearing pursuant to OAC 670:1-1-8 et seq. In accordance with the rules of this Chapter, an instructor's permit will be suspended upon failure to remain in compliance with instructor driving record requirements.
