Service Oklahoma, in conjunction with the Department of Public Safety, is charged with prescribing the procedures for obtaining Driver Education Instructor Licenses; establishing the qualifications for instructors of private, parochial, commercial driver education, and other non public schools; adopting the course of study, defining student eligibility, and specifying driver education vehicle standards, insurance requirements and required reports.
