The provisions of this Subchapter shall apply to driver licensees described under the provisions of 47 O.S., § 6-101 and to individuals, organizations, companies, or other entities who employ drivers, as provided in 47 O.S., § 6- 117(E), to operate motor vehicles, as defined in 47 O.S. §§ 1-107.1, 1-107.2, 1- 107.3, and 1-107.4 during the course of employment.
