An individual who was previously approved for and issued an instructor permit by Service Oklahoma, but whose instructor permit was cancelled, suspended, or revoked, shall be eligible to apply for re-issuance of an instructor permit which by making application, after the end of the period of cancellation, suspension or revocation, as if for an original instructor permit.
