The provisions of this Subchapter shall apply only to schools and persons described under the following agreements:
- (1) Memorandum of Understanding entered into on July 1, 2006, by and between the Department of Public Safety and the State Board of Education.
- (2) Memorandum of Understanding entered into on January 1, 2007, by and between the Department of Public Safety and the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education.
- (3) State of Oklahoma law stating upon application and approval of the Executive Director of Service Oklahoma, any public or private commercial truck driving school that has or maintains a program instructing students for a Class A, B or C license, public transit agency, state, county or municipal government agency in this state, such as local school districts, the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, or institutions of higher education, or a private entity, shall be authorized to hire or employ third-party examiners, approved by Service Oklahoma of the Class A, B, or C driving skills portion and/or knowledge written portion of the Oklahoma driving examination. All third party examiners must successfully have completed the courses and training as outlined in OAC 670:15-31-6.
