Upon receiving notice from the bank that a check written for a driver's license record has been returned unpaid, the licensed operator will pick up the check. The Licensed Operator may not charge the maker of the check a service charge fee upon collection, nor may the Licensed Operator send the check to Service Oklahoma for credit or collection, if uncollectible.
