- (a) The holder of as Oklahoma license bearing one or more restrictions who desires a restriction removal from their license must contact a Driver License Examiner and complete an examination, if necessary.
- (b) If the restriction can be removed, the Driver License Examiner will make the necessary changes and provide the applicant a DL-10 form to present to the licensed operator.
- (c) The same procedure described in (a) and (b) of this section applies for updating endorsements.
- (d) Removing, changing, or adding restrictions or endorsements requires the licensee to purchase a replacement.
