1. (a) In order to be issued a license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location, an Applicant shall have the following necessary knowledge and skills:
2. (1) Skill in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with others; in directing and reviewing the work of others; in analyzing complex situations and adopting an effective course of action.
3. (2) Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of business organization and management and of public relations.
4. (3) Knowledge of accounting practices; of the method and techniques of public and business administration; of financial report writing; and of modern office machines and procedures.
5. (b) In order to be issued a license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location, an Applicant shall have the following education and/or experience:
6. (1) Completion of the curriculum requirements for a baccalaureate degree in business or a closely related field and two (2) years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity; or
7. (2) Any equivalent combination or education and experience; or
8. (3) Six (6) years of business experience which should include accounting or bookkeeping experience, as determined by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board; or
9. (4) A combination of education and experience satisfactory to the Service Oklahoma Operator Board.
