- (a) The provisions of this Subchapter have been promulgated to facilitate the guidelines for the application and issuance of a license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location, pursuant to the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act (47 O.S. § 1140 et seq.), which are in addition to all other requirements and restrictions set forth in this Subchapter.
- (b) Unless otherwise indicated, an applicant shall submit all required information and documentation in a manner and format prescribed by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board.
