Board of Regents of Seminole State College
Effective 5-4-96, the name of Seminole Junior College was changed to Seminole State College. For additional information, see 70 O.S., § 4423.3.; Effective 11-1-98, "[i]nstitutional governing boards within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education [became] exempt from Article 1 of the Administrative Procedures Act" (75 O.S., § 250.4(A)(7)].
