The provisions of this Subchapter set forth the procedures of the Department for public inspection and/or copying of the public records of the Department. Such procedures are established for purposes of complying with the Open Records Act. Nothing herein is intended to derogate from or be in conflict with the provisions of the Open Records Act. To the extent any provision of this Subchapter is found to be in conflict with any provision of the Open Records Act, the provisions of the Open Records Act shall govern.
