- (a) Personnel in the Office of the, Secretary of State will give information on a maximum of five (5) business entities to the public making such request in person. If a walk-in customer has more than five (5) record search requests, they must leave a list and return for the information at a time given to them. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for each record search. (18 O.S. 1142)
- (b) Telephone inquiries for name availability shall be limited to three (3) per call.
- (c) Telephone inquiries for record searches shall be limited to three (3) per call.
