In addition to terms defined in 12A O.S., Section 1-9-320.2, the following words and terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Effective Financing Statement" or "EFS" means a form filed with the Central Filing System that identifies particular farm products of a person or business that are subject to a lien.
