- (a) Publication dates. The Register is published on the first working day of each month and on the first working day following the 14th day of each month.
- (b) Filing/acceptance deadlines. For Register filing and acceptance deadlines, see 655:10-9-3.
- (c) Schedule of publication dates and filing/acceptance deadlines. The Secretary of State shall issue a schedule of publication dates and filing and acceptance deadlines prior to the beginning of each new volume of the Register [see 655:10-15-2], and shall publish the schedule on the OAR's website.
