1. (a) Each contracted instructional staff person employed by the Department will:

   1. (1) perform such services as specified by the contract and as assigned by the supervisor or principal;
   2. (2) perform extra curricular activities as assigned;
   3. (3) meet Minimum Criteria Standards as set by the State Department of Education; and

   4. (4) comply with:

      1. (A) all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to or promulgated by the Department of Rehabilitation Services, State Department of Education, the State of Oklahoma, and the United States of America;
      2. (B) the rules and regulations of DRS specifically applicable to contracted instructional personnel, including all rules and regulations in this Subchapter; and
      3. (C) rules and regulations of DRS unless specifically exempted from these rules.
2. (b) Questions regarding applicability of any rule or regulation will be determined by the Director.
