Employment and retention (ER) services are not subject to financial status determination. ER services are purchased from a qualified contractor with the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services and are provided by certified employment consultants or job coaches . Payment rates are established by the Commission for Rehabilitation Services and are based on a milestone delivery system.
