1. (a) Counselors may provide tutorial training for clients with significant disabilities who cannot receive training by another method or who may need assistance to complete a formal training course satisfactorily.

2. (b) Persons chosen to provide tutorial training for clients must have the necessary skills to provide assistance to the client and be willing to provide the training at a time and place suitable to the client. Examples of proof of necessary skills are the following:

   1. (1) Letter of recommendation from college or university
   2. (2) Teaching certificate
   3. (3) Transcripts.
   4. (4) Other documentation of knowledge, skills or ability to instruct in the designated subject.
