The following words and terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"ADA" means the Americans with Disabilities Act.

"DRS" means the State Department of Rehabilitation Services.

"Rehabilitation Act" means the Rehabilitation Act. [29 USC 701 et seq.]
