Approved Commercial Motorcycle Schools and approved Commercial Motorcycle Instructors shall maintain professionalism at all times, including but not limited to:

1. (1) Maintaining respectful communications in their interactions with customers and personnel of the Department.
2. (2) Avoiding discrimination against customers on the basis of race, sex, national origin, or ethnicity.
