The Commercial Motorcycle School shall ensure all students and RiderCoaches^SM wear adequate personal protective equipment when riding during the course, to include, at minimum:

1. (1) a DOT/SNELL/ECE-compliant helmet, and proper eye protection;
2. (2) sturdy over-the-ankle footwear;
3. (3) long-sleeved shirt or jacket;
4. (4) long non-flare denim pants or material of equivalent or better durability; and
5. (5) full-fingered gloves, preferably leather.
