Hazardous Duty Members and Post-Hazardous Duty Members shall pay the higher contribution rate set forth in 74 O.S. §919.1(1)(b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g) for a maximum of twenty (20) full years. If a Hazardous Duty Member or Post-Hazardous Duty Member remains employed after twenty (20) full years of payment of the higher contribution rate, the required employee contribution rate shall be as provided in 74 O.S. §919.1(1)(a).
