1. (a) All pleadings and/or documents filed with or presented to the Board shall be retained and disposed of in accordance with the Consolidated Records Disposition Schedule established for PERB.
2. (b) The Board may permit the withdrawal of original pleadings or documents upon the submission of properly authenticated copies to replace such documents.
