Failure to fulfill the continuing education requirements, as a condition of the biennial license renewal, by June 30^th of the renewal year shall result in the CE noncompliance penalty of $1,000 and may result in the non-renewal of an Architect's, Landscape Architect's, or Licensed Interior Designer's License.
