The Board shall make an annual report to the Governor of the State of Oklahoma no later than the fifteenth day of November of each year. The report shall contain the following information:

1. (1) Account of all monies received.
2. (2) Licenses issued.
3. (3) Licenses suspended or revoked.
4. (4) All expenditures made by the Board the preceding twelve (12) months.
5. (5) Any litigation that has been taken in a professional capacity against any licensed podiatrist in the State of Oklahoma.
