The Health Care Workforce Training Commission shall be authorized and empowered to grant nursing scholarships to qualified students who are bona fide residents of the State of Oklahoma. It is recognized that the rules of this Chapter are guidelines only and may be waived at the discretion of the Health Care Workforce Training Commission.
