1. (a) Retail pharmacies shall not sell or otherwise supply or provide dangerous substances, prescription drugs, controlled dangerous substances, or a compounded preparation to a wholesaler, manufacturer or repackager, outsourcing facility or logistics provider. Return of a drug to the wholesaler from whom it was purchased is allowed.
2. (b) This restriction does not apply to packaging services provided to a pharmacy where the ownership of the pharmacy's drug does not change hands.
