The following legend or dangerous drugs will be allowed under these agreements:

1. (1) sterile water for injection or irrigation;
2. (2) sterile saline solution for injection or irrigation;
3. (3) acetic acid for irrigation;
4. (4) heparin flush solution or kits;
5. (5) diphenhydramine injectable;
6. (6) epinephrine injectable;

7. (7) four (4) I.V.solutions

   1. (A) dextrose 5% in water (D5W)
   2. (B) dextrose 5% in normal saline solution (D5S)
   3. (C) lactated ringers solution
   4. (D) normal saline solution, and
8. (8) legend medicated dressings.
