The Board or the Board's Agent may accept or reject a body, either donated or unclaimed, if it is not suitable for anatomical study or if there is not a need. The Board or the Board's Agent may reject a body if any of the following apply:

1. (1) certain contagious diseases;
2. (2) prior autopsy;
3. (3) decomposition and/or bed sores;
4. (4) obesity;
5. (5) skin and/or bone are donated to another program;
6. (6) amputation;
7. (7) recent unhealed surgeries and/or open wounds; or
8. (8) aspirated by a funeral home prior to embalming.
