1. (a) In addition to requirements of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act and the Administrative Procedures Act, information regarding official or formal orders, rulings, and interpretations by the Board may, upon order, be made available through the official website of the Board. Such information may contain:

   1. (1) the text of the order, ruling or interpretation;
   2. (2) the date and location of the meeting at which the order, ruling, or interpretation was made; and
   3. (3) effective date of any ruling, order, interpretation which will change procedures implementing or enforcement of the Act.

2. (b) Information regarding meetings and special activities of the Board shall be made available through the official website of the Board. Such information shall contain:

   1. (1) date, time and location of any activity not required to be posted pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act and
   2. (2) the time frame within which comments can be provided to the Board.
