Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Long Term Care Administrators
Effective 7-1-06, the name of the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators was changed to the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Long-Term-Care Administrators. [Laws 2006, c. 291]; Effective 11-1-23, "...all administrative rules promulgated by the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Long-Term Care Administrators shall be transferred to and become a part of the administrative rules of the State Department of Health." The rules in this Title 490 are now located in the State Department of Health's Title 310, Chapter 679.
