1. (a) The CRNA with authority to order, select, obtain and administer drugs shall document all orders in the patient record.

2. (b) All orders shall:

   1. (1) comply with all applicable state and federal laws;

   2. (2) include:

      1. (A) name of the client,
      2. (B) date of the order,
      3. (C) full name of the drug, dosage, route and specific directions for administration,
      4. (D) signature of the CRNA
3. (c) The CRNA with authority to order, select, obtain and administer Schedule II-V drugs shall comply with Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requirements and state of Oklahoma requirements prior to prescribing controlled substances.
