Any registrant in possession of any controlled dangerous substances and desiring or required to dispose of such substances shall do so according to the provisions of Title 63 Okl.St.Ann. §2-315 and Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations, part 1317, except Schedule I medical marijuana shall be disposed pursuant to standards set forth in 63 Okla.St.Ann. §429.
