Amendments to and withdrawal of applications

- (a) An application may be withdrawn without permission of the Director at any time.
- (b) After an application has been accepted for filing, the request by the applicant that it be returned or the failure of the applicant to respond to official correspondence regarding the application shall be deemed to be a withdrawal of the application.
- (1) If an issue is identified with the application after it has been accepted for filing, the Registration Division will promptly notify the applicant through official correspondence directed to the contact email address provided by the applicant.
- (2) The applicant shall have thirty (30) calendar days to address all issues identified with the application. Failure to correct the issues identified shall be deemed a withdrawal of the application.
- (c) If an application is withdrawn after the application and payment have been submitted, no refund shall be given.
- (d) An applicant, including any beneficial owner recorded in the registration record, or the applicant's legal representative may withdraw the application on behalf of the applicant.
