- (b) The Commission may, in addition to any other sanction or penalty assessed, impose a fine as authorized by law.
- (a) The Commission may deny an application for a registration, or revoke or suspend a registration pursuant to 47 O.S. Sections 1137.4 and this Chapter; for violation of any statute or regulation relating to the issuance of temporary license plates; or if it is determined that the registration is being or has been issued for the benefit of a person who would not or could not qualify for the registration in his or her own right.
