The Department may request the Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma to institute a civil action for relief, including a permanent or temporary injunction, restraining order or any other order, in the district court for the district in which the CCB operation is located or in which the operator to whom the notice or order has been issued has his principal office, whenever that operator, or his agent, in violation of 45 O.S. Section 1.5 et seq., this Chapter, or any condition of a CCB permit imposed under the statues or this Chapter:

1. (1) Violates or fails or refuses to comply with any order or decision of the Department pursuant to 45 O. S. Section 1.5 et seq., or this Chapter;
2. (2) Interferes with, hinders, or delays the Department in carrying out the provisions of the statues or this Chapter;
3. (3) Refuses to admit an authorized representative of the Department to an operation;
4. (4) Refuses to permit inspection of an operation by an authorized representative of the Department;
5. (5) Refuses to furnish any required information or report;
6. (6) Refuses to permit access to or copying of any required record; or
7. (7) Refuses to permit inspection of monitoring equipment.
