Each application for the use of explosives or blasting agent permit pursuant to the Department shall be accompanied by a fee. The fees shall be as follows:

1. (1) One Time Permit fee will be $50.00.
2. (2) Limited Time Permit fee will be $100.00.
3. (3) Continuous Permit fee will be $150.00.
