1. (a) Because of the medical and psychiatric complexity and fragility of eating-disorder consumers, CEDT's shall provide routine, ongoing physician services.
2. (b) A physician will be assigned to each consumer's care and be responsible as the attending physician.

3. (c) At a minimum, the physician will conduct rounds on each resident once per week. Rounds will include:

   1. (1) Evaluation of the resident's medical and psychiatric condition;
   2. (2) Review of response to medications and other interventions;
   3. (3) Prescription or discontinuation of medication;
   4. (4) Ordering of any other needed medical or psychiatric care.
