1. (a) All facilities shall assess each consumer for appropriateness of discharge from a substance use disorder treatment program.

2. (b) Compliance with 450:24-7-11 may be determined by a review of the following:

   1. (1) Policies and procedures;
   2. (2) Continuing care plans;
   3. (3) Discharge assessments;
   4. (4) Discharge summaries;
   5. (5) Progress notes;
   6. (6) Consumer records;
   7. (7) Interviews with staff and consumers; and
   8. (8) Other facility documentation.
