1. (a) All services required pursuant to the rule in OAC 450:24 shall provide in accordance with criteria established by the most current edition of the ASAM criteria as applicable to that specific service.

2. (b) Each CCARC shall provide the following services:

   1. (1) Screening and referral services;
   2. (2) Emergency services;
   3. (3) Outpatient services based on ASAM criteria;
   4. (4) Intensive Outpatient services based on the ASAM criteria
   5. (5) Case management services;
   6. (6) Rehabilitation services;
   7. (7) Medication clinic services;
   8. (8) Facilitation to medical withdrawal management services based on the ASAM criteria;
   9. (9) Facilitation to residential substance use disorder treatment based on the ASAM criteria;
   10. (10) Service to homeless individuals;
   11. (11) Peer Recovery Support Services, and
   12. (12) Wellness Activities and Support.
   13. (13) Ambulatory withdrawal management (Adults only) based on ASAM criteria.

3. (c) Compliance with 450:24-3-2 shall be determined by a review of the following:

   1. (1) On-site observation;
   2. (2) Staff interviews;
   3. (3) Written materials;
   4. (4) Program policies;
   5. (5) Program Evaluations;
   6. (6) Data reporting; and
   7. (7) Clinical records.
