1. (a) Mechanical restraints will not be used on minors
2. (b) Seclusion and restraint policy and procedures for minors should at the minimum meet federal, state, and accrediting guidelines and standards
3. (c) Failure to comply with 450:23-3-6.1 will result in the initiation of procedures to deny, suspend and/or revoke certification.
