1. (a) When psychometric or psychological testing is done, the consumer record shall contain a copy of a written report describing the test results and implications or recommendations for treatment.
2. (b) Compliance with 450:18-7-142 may be determined by a review of policies and procedures; consumer records; progress notes; interviews with staff; and other facility documentation.
